Terms of Service
Last updated: August 6, 2026
1. Who you are dealing with
ryan-dublin.com is operated by USEEMALL LTD, trading as Ryan Dublin. Using the site or placing an order means accepting the terms below. Nothing here reduces the mandatory rights you hold as a consumer under Irish and European Union law.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You need to be at least the age of majority where you live to purchase. Where you open an account, keeping the credentials safe is your responsibility, as is activity carried out under them. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
3. What we sell and how we describe it
We take care over measurements, materials and photographs. Even so, a navy reads differently on two screens, and a fabric photographs differently under studio light. That variation is inherent to buying online and is not a defect. Where goods genuinely do not match what we told you, the Returns & Refund Policy governs what happens next.
4. Placing an order
An order is an offer to buy, which we may decline or limit — where stock has gone, where payment will not authorise, where a price is obviously wrong, where fraud is suspected, or where supply would be unlawful. A paid order we cancel is reimbursed in full without undue delay.
Goods are sold for personal or household use, not for commercial resale or export.
5. Prices, currency and billing
Prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT and other mandatory charges where they apply. Prices can change, but the price binding on your order is the one displayed when you placed it and repeated in the confirmation. Delivery costs and any extras are disclosed before payment. You confirm the billing details you give are accurate, current and yours to use. Payment mechanics sit in our Payment Policy.
6. Delivery
Delivery has occurred once you, or a third party you nominated who is not the carrier, has physical possession of the goods. Timeframes are estimates. Detail is in the Shipping Policy. Until delivery, the risk in the goods remains with us.
7. Late or missing delivery
Where goods do not arrive at the agreed time through no fault of yours, you may withhold payment, require delivery, set an additional period appropriate to the circumstances, end the contract and be reimbursed where the conditions are met, and claim compensation for documented loss where the law allows. These rights apply equally where the delay sits with a carrier we chose.
8. Withdrawal and returns
You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days on distance purchases, and we voluntarily extend the overall return period to 30 days. Deadlines, procedure, the withdrawal form, costs, reimbursement and the lawful exceptions are all set out in the Returns & Refund Policy.
9. Conformity and remedies
Goods must conform to the contract and to the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Where they do not, and the cause is not you, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a proportionate price reduction, or termination with a refund. A claim may be brought for up to six years after delivery, and a fault appearing in the first twelve months is presumed to have existed at delivery unless we show otherwise.
10. Intellectual property
Text, photography, graphics, logos and layout belong to us or are used under licence. Personal, non-commercial use is fine. Copying, redistributing or exploiting them commercially without written permission is not, save where the law permits it.
11. Third-party tools and services
Certain features come from third parties, outside our control, offered as they are and without warranty. Their terms apply to their use.
12. External links
We are not answerable for the content of sites we do not run, nor for what you buy on them.
13. Reviews and submitted content
Send us a review or a photograph and you keep ownership while granting us a non-exclusive right to display and use it in connection with the store and its marketing. You confirm publication infringes nobody's rights. We may remove unlawful or offensive material. We do not edit reviews so as to misrepresent an opinion, and incentivised reviews are disclosed as such.
14. Personal data
Governed by the Privacy Policy. Accepting these terms is not by itself consent to optional cookies, personalised advertising or marketing email.
15. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
Where a price, description or availability figure is wrong, we may correct it and cancel affected orders even after submission, refunding in full.
16. Prohibited use
No unlawful purpose, no infringement of anyone's rights, no harassment, no spam, no impersonation, no malicious code, no scraping or harvesting, no interference with the security of the site. Accounts that do any of this may be suspended or closed.
17. Warranties and liability
Beyond what we state expressly and what the law confers and does not permit us to exclude, the site and its content are provided as they are. Nothing in these terms limits our liability further than the law allows, and mandatory consumer protections are untouched. We are not liable for indirect losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen.
18. Indemnity
You will hold us harmless against third-party claims, including reasonable legal costs, arising from your breach of these terms or of the law, or from your use of the site.
19. Severability, termination, entire agreement
An unenforceable provision is applied as far as the law allows and severed for the remainder, which continues in force. Either party may bring the arrangement to an end; clauses that should survive by their nature do survive. These terms and the policies linked from them form the whole agreement between us. Not enforcing a right on one occasion waives nothing.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK
